  1. 9. Excipients, cutting

When the nesting diagram is confirmed, the Custom Activewear manufacturer will start laying and cropping. The task in this step is to lay the fabric onto the cutting bed according to the length of the nesting diagram and the number of layers determined by the cutting scheme and use the corresponding cutting tools to cut the fabric into the required pieces.

  1. 10. cut-piece inspection, marking, and subcontracting

Pieces cut by a cutter are not immediately delivered to the sewing shop, and the Custom Made Apparel Factory should also check that all parts meet the cutting process requirements. Such as: whether the upper and lower cutting dimensions are out of tolerance. In order to prevent the color difference between each or the same fabric from affecting the appearance of the finished product, we will mark the parts to ensure that the parts of the same layer and specification are stitched together.

  1. 11. Sewing works

In Custom Gym Apparel production, the sewing method and processing sequence of each part is very different from that of individual piece production. Even a custom gym shirt, the parts of the garment can not be stitched at will, so the technical or management personnel must first develop the relevant process flow and standards, working hour quotas, process preparation plans and other documents, and then arrange the processed parts to the corresponding operators according to the requirements, and then carry out combined processing. In order to ensure that the final output has high quality, throughout the sewing process, the factory should strengthen the intermediate ironing (small ironing) and intermediate inspection processes, and strive to control the number of unqualified products to the lowest point.

The sewing project involves more personnel and equipment, and the process is more complex, which is an important part of the entire clothing production.

  1. 12. Ironing project

The finished garment processed by the sewing workshop is still a semi-finished product, because it is squeezed and kneaded and other external forces during processing, which is prone to wrinkles and indentations, affecting the appearance of the finished product, so it is necessary to iron the garment after ironing. The ironed clothing products need to go through the final inspection, and the qualified products are determined through the final inspection. After the qualified products are cleaned and sorted, they are packaged for shipment; Unqualified products need to be trimmed and then processed. The factory should strictly control in accordance with the product standards during the final inspection, so as not to let the defective products be mixed into the genuine products, so as not to affect the reputation of the enterprise.
