The remaining parts of the clothing belong to the second level of significance, which may include parts below the waistline of the upper garment and parts above the waistline of the lower garment. Small fabric defects fall on any part of the second level of significance mentioned above, and whether the garment can be accepted depends more or less on how the garment is worn.
